The addition of a 7,500 sq. ft. fitness and wellness center was approved by the membership in December of 2015. The anticipated start date of construction is mid-summer of 2016 with an opening in early 2017. The center will be located over the existing Cart Barn and will offer expansive views of the two golf courses and lakes. The center will offer cardiovascular and strength training equipment, room for group classes, treatment rooms for massage and physical therapy, shower and locker facilities as well as personal training.

It goes on to quote Analyst and Consultant, Lewis Goodkin, Associations that were smart enough to invest in new clubhouses, fitness centers and social amenities are doing substantially better in attracting new buyers.?
